Extremely unprofessional. I had an interview scheduled for almost a week just to speak with a “recruiter” who told me that they were not hiring and didn’t know how I got an appointment but wanted to still interview me in case I wanted to wait months for the next hiring season, as if they had not wasted enough of my time. What is even weirder than that, is that when you go to their website and even on job searching apps like Indeed they are still posting new job openings. I don’t know if it was en excuse to not hire me specifically, but this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. A blessing in disguise, if this is a first impression I don’t even want to begin imagining how actual employees are treated.

Such a great training experience all the supervisors are extremely helpful. Shevon is a beast of a trainer. Lots of fun and you feel ready to start after training.

Going into training @ One Touch Direct knowing nothing about AT&T and call center responsibilities, after 3 amazing weeks of interactive elite training I can comfortably move forward onto the next step . Ms KJ , And Cornelius is The Best , Cornelius is My Trainer he is honestly the best and makes training not so boring . And KJ is who hired me and I absolutely love her she makes you want to come to work everyday , the site is also very laid and nice 🙂

Chapter 11 can't come soon enough for this "company"

This place is like an AT&T Retail store just outright lying to their customers talking about "big savings" and "great promotions" when in reality there are hidden fees left and right and an $1000 bill when you were quoted $100 for the first month. Same goes with this "company" where you're promised great commission, a great work environment, and a potential to quickly move up within the company when in reality, commission lasts for a month max before chargebacks hit and you owe the company money, your bosses just looking to fire you for absolutely no reason when they were the same people that interviewed and hired you in the first place, and when promoted, you go from $15 to $16 and have to work a max of 45 hours because the payroll budget is squandered within the executives annual bonuses.

Speaking of which, I don't know how there are 30 different executives yet this "company" runs like Stevie Wonder driving a car. They hire like it's the "Make-a-Wish" foundation here giving everyone with a birth certificate and a pulse a job here, and if I had one wish, I wish I never worked here and that you avoid this "company". Good luck

Cynthia and KJ are wonderful leaders who know how to add the fun aspect to our environment at work. This is truly one of the best courses i have ever taken in any of my previous careers, this is the most educational, entertaining class (Cynthia) in the world. Fiber $quad!!!
