Working with the GritPPO team has been great. We have been with them for a little over a month, and Sarah and Yessenia have been great partners in incorporating our policies so that their reps sound and perform like they were in house. Customers have praised their responsiveness and knowledge. Any changes that need to be made have been addressed quickly, and the extended hours has brought in additional phones sales that we would've missed otherwise. Don't know if it's typical but we've had weeks with 100% closing rate. Would definitely recommend giving them a shot.
