I would like one star if I was able. Anytime I attemtn to contest with a staff member there, calls often go answered there, or they don’t returns. There was a payroll issue recently, where They denied all liability, and our employees were not paid on time as a result.

I will be switching to an HR firm such as infinity due to the incompetence of American’s Back Office.

They also read the comment that was left today by another reviewer . I am not shocked that another customer would feel that way about this company. I have dealt with Mike in the past, he seems to be like somebody with a very short fuse. That is get unprofessional in my opinion. I have at times to have to dealt with other rude people over at AOH,
Those people seem to be either temps, interns, or underpaid employees.

I’m not looking to try to get involved with HR politics, and that’s why we hire an HR firm to do that for us. They are not doing their jobs, so we’re gonna look elsewhere. The job of outsourcing HR is to ensure that we don’t need to invest and he would resources internally my medium-sized Company., That does not appear to be happening.,, I would highly suggest against using this HR for your HR needs. Hopefully by issues can be escalated to the higher-ups that does not involve Mike. I do not feel interested in speaking with him, because my experience with him is shared with the experience of the previous message in the reviews. Thank you.

I have never in my life experience such rudeness from a C level executive upon initial contact. I simply contacted America’s Back Office for an unusual request, and initally left a voicemail with Mike (the CFO). Well over a week later, and not receiving a call back, I called back and was transferred to his extension. I asked him the request question again, and he was extremely rude and his response. I am an extremely polite and nice person to everyone, and his toxic rudeness was so out of place that it appears to reflect the work environment in which he oversees the finances.

I am aware of a few clients that use this HR management service, and I will be speaking with their leadership about the experience that I had with the the leadership at America’s Backoffice. I would strongly suggest against using the service, because if they are not able to maintain the bare minimum standards that a HR company should possess, how would they be able to possibly manage anyone’s HR matters in an appropriate way while maintaining any form of decorum.

My company has been using ABO for over 7 years. They are great to work with. I did not want the hassle of payroll, keeping up with HR laws etc. I can tell you it was a godsend when Covid hit. I did not have to worry that I was doing the right thing with employees. Always great advice. I am just sure we are one of Mike Z's favorite clients. I have been marketed by the big payroll companies, I prefer to use a Michigan Company!!!

Messed up my direct deposit sent the check back and they cut a completely different check in a timely manner but customer service really seemed sketchy about the whole thing. Can anyone else verify the legitimacy of this place? The company I work for supposedly sends their payroll through this company. Can never bee too careful these days. Comments and concerns appreciated on this one.

So i am speaking on an employee basis. The company i just started for uses ABO. let's just say they have been amazing. Especially Molly Lowe. I had 2 issues with my benefits this first one she fixed within minutes. The second one is in the process of getting solved and even of it goes negative. Molly has helped me when she could've said there's nothing to do. She took the time and extra energy to help me out. That is what human resources is all about. So regardless of what happens knowing that somebody is in your corner is a great feeling.
