A good paying job. Unfortunately the only good thing here was the money. Very poor training and even worse leadership to guide you through it. There were times a manager or supervisor was “missing” leaving agents to fend for themselves. A great stepping stone job to get you out of a hole but definitely nothing long term. The job is customer service but its more like a survey farm. It doesnt really matter if you actually assist clients calling in because at the end of the day we are instructed to try to get them to do it themselves thru the app and get them off the phone as quickly as possible and they give you a good survey for it.

I currently work here and honestly the management sucks we are on the verge of losing our jobs for every little thing they ask what we need help with and when we tell them they just blame us for it instead of giving us a solution. They have people
Walking the floor giving wrong information and then it’s counted against us when we are just doing as told people stay high 24/7 smoking outside the building this place does not care about their employees I do not recommend currently looking for other work because I’m sure I’ll be fired for something they refuse to help with attitudes everyday the BofA is a great Job alorica management makes the job suck they suck

I learned a lot from Alorica the only bad thing is Claudine should definitely be investigated regarding her professionalism and retaliation. Arturo and Jose are actually great OMs. It’s definitely a great first call center to get your foot in the door with call centers.

I don't even think they deserve a star. They deserve a Negative 10! This place is a joke! Workers overdosing in their parking lot. "Allegedly" I was placed on suspension for false accusations from a co-worker that's ghetto as can be. Has ZERO customer service skills. Constantly placing the client on hold. Every other word is "ummm let me look into that can I place you on hold ummm"..... Please don't waste your time on this place! They need to go outta business or get new management!! Seriously!!!
