Been with Avensure for 4+ years, as stuck in a 5 year contract my father was sold, where prices has rise from the agreed contract amounts, and things promised by the sales team/rep and in our contract hasn't been adhered to by Avensure, (mainly yearly comprehensive site H&S audits). I've asked for them a few times to be told its not part of our contract, I then raised to Avensure complaints, (which is the worst complaints team I have ever dealt with, no accepting blame, it is like i was dealing with there legal team from the wrong side), whom agreed it is in our contract, but the customer has to request, which i have done 2-3 times. The 2 site audits that has been done of the agreed 5, missed failings which was partly involved in bad accident, which with Avensure sub standard advise cost us a lot of money in a pay-out, & then HSE noticed them in their 2 hour visit. Complaint to Avensure with the failings went on deaf ears, and of which I cancelled our contract with-in the small print terms, and wont recommend them. I have given plenty of time for things to be put right, and nothing, so i have left this review. £30+k contract, and to be honest, what we have received is not worth £2-3k. Don't get me wrong, some of the advice and employees have been good, but it should all be good for what they are charging.
